Inside the largest law firms and financial institutions, dedicated teams spend hours tracking regulatory changes while using sophisticated monitoring infrastructure to avoid delay or missing critical updates.
For the rest of the UK, the process is either almost fully manual or too expensive, and often both.
This gap is not driven by risk level or the complexity of the obligations each organisation faces. It is driven almost entirely by the cost of the tools and services available. SMEs, NGOs, mid-market businesses, and public bodies have similar policy monitoring and regulatory intelligence needs as large corporations. However, they lack the resources needed to monitor them at the same standard.
The Repolify team set out to close that gap. We are developing professional-grade monitoring and intelligence, accessible to every organisation that needs it, regardless of size or budget.
The people behind Repolify
Artur, our Founder, is a lawyer and was working inside some of Europe's most demanding legal environments, including Linklaters and Wolf Theiss. He watched teams at every tier of the market spend dozens of hours each month manually tracking legislative or regulatory updates that directly affected their clients. The tooling available to smaller firms was either non-existent or a decade behind what Magic Circle practices had access to. That asymmetry became the problem he decided to solve.
Maria, Director of Operations, studied Politics and International Relations at UCL, with a focus on economics, regulation, and policy implementation. She joined Repolify to bridge the gap between the platform and the organisations it serves, overseeing operations and partnerships across the compliance and policy communities.
Our technical team combines diverse backgrounds and experience in both enterprise-level solution development, as well as science of ML and AI to ensure robustness of our infrastructure and effectiveness of our solutions. PR and Marketing team as well as the Advisory Board brings in wealth of experience and critical skillset for successful GTM, diligent public relations and engaging online presence.
AI built to work with rules and regulations
General-purpose large language models were not designed for regulatory intelligence. They hallucinate citations, conflate rules, and cannot reliably identify critical dependencies between different types of rules.
Repolify's AI is purpose-built for rules-heavy text with context-dependent analysis. Our models are tuned by and evaluated against the specific document structures, terminology, and wider policy context while recognizing patterns found in regulatory publications, legislation, or impactful enforcement decisions. Every output is traceable to an official source document.
This is not a chat interface wrapped around a regulatory news feed. It is a structured intelligence pipeline, from ingestion through analysis to actionable output, designed for accuracy levels beyond that seen in current monitoring solutions.
