A Problem Noticed Inside a Law Firm. A Platform Built to Fix It.
Repolify began with a simple observation: the organisations that most needed to stay on top of regulatory change were the ones least equipped to do so. We decided to change that.
Two tiers of compliance. Divided by budget, not obligation.
Inside the largest law firms and financial institutions, dedicated regulatory affairs teams use sophisticated monitoring infrastructure to track every FCA consultation, every Act of Parliament, every CQC guidance update the moment it is published. Their clients are never caught unaware.
For the rest of the UK, the process is manual. A paralegal bookmarking a government page. A compliance officer reading through PDFs on a Friday afternoon. A charity director finding out about a regulatory change two weeks after it took effect.
This gap is not driven by risk level or the complexity of the obligations each organisation faces. It is driven entirely by the cost of the tools available. SMEs, NGOs, mid-market businesses, and public bodies face the same compliance requirements as FTSE 100 companies. They simply do not have the resources to monitor them at the same standard.
Repolify was built to close that gap. Professional-grade regulatory intelligence, accessible to every organisation that needs it, regardless of size or budget.
Built by someone who felt the problem from the inside
Repolify was not built from a market research report. It was built from direct experience of what it costs to track regulatory change without the right tools.
Artur Lucyk
Co-Founder & CEO
Artur trained as a lawyer and spent years working inside some of Europe's most demanding legal environments, including Linklaters and Wolf Theiss. He watched compliance teams at every tier of the market spend weeks each month manually tracking regulatory updates that directly affected their clients. The tooling available to smaller firms was either non-existent or a decade behind what Magic Circle practices had access to. That asymmetry became the problem he decided to solve.
Based in London, Artur leads product vision and commercial strategy at Repolify. He brings the perspective of someone who has sat on both sides of the compliance problem: as a practitioner who felt its costs firsthand, and as a founder who believes technology should remove friction from legal work rather than add to it.
Maria Zenina
Head of Operations
Maria studies Politics and International Relations at UCL, with a focus on economics, quantitative analysis, and policy. She joined Repolify to bridge the gap between the platform and the organisations it serves, overseeing operations and partnerships across the compliance and policy communities.
At UCL, Maria directs partnerships for the Eurasian Business Society, connecting students and professionals across business and policy. She brings a practitioner's understanding of how policy intelligence is consumed by people closest to it.
The monitoring infrastructure already existed. It just was not accessible.
Large institutions had already solved this problem for themselves. Real-time tracking, AI-assisted relevance filtering, structured compliance workflows. The technology was proven. The cost of licensing it put it firmly out of reach for anyone outside a Magic Circle firm or a Tier 1 bank.
Artur and Kostya decided to rebuild it. Not as a stripped-down imitation, but as a purpose-built platform designed from the ground up for the organisations that had been underserved: SMEs, charities, NGOs, regulated mid-market businesses, and public sector teams across the UK.
The result is Repolify: an AI-enabled policy monitoring platform that tracks the FCA, CQC, Parliament, and legislation.gov.uk in real time, filters what is relevant to each organisation, and delivers it as actionable intelligence rather than raw document feeds.
AI built specifically for the regulatory domain
General-purpose large language models were not designed for regulatory intelligence. They hallucinate citations, conflate jurisdiction-specific rules, and cannot reliably identify when a statutory instrument amends prior legislation.
Repolify's AI is purpose-built for UK regulatory text. Our models are trained on and evaluated against the specific document structures, terminology, and cross-reference patterns found in FCA publications, Parliamentary legislation, and CQC guidance. Every output is traceable to an official source document.
This is not a chat interface wrapped around a regulatory feed. It is a structured intelligence pipeline, from ingestion through analysis to actionable output, designed for the accountability standards that legal and compliance professionals require.
Six principles that shape everything we build
-
Effortless by Design
Regulatory monitoring should not require a dedicated analyst. We build every feature around the principle that intelligence should reach the right person automatically, without manual effort.
-
Technology in Service of Law
AI is a means, not an end. We apply machine learning and natural language processing to the specific, high-stakes domain of UK regulatory intelligence, where precision and source fidelity are non-negotiable.
-
Co-Created with the Community
Our product roadmap is shaped by the legal professionals, compliance officers, and policy teams who use it. We build in close collaboration with customers, academic partners, and regulatory experts.
-
Accessible to All
Enterprise-grade regulatory intelligence has historically been available only to the largest firms. We are changing that, making professional-quality monitoring accessible to SMEs, NGOs, and public sector teams at any scale.
-
Transparent and Trustworthy
Every alert Repolify generates carries a direct, citable link to its official source. We do not summarise without attribution and we do not surface intelligence without provenance. Your team can rely on what we deliver.
-
Social Good at Scale
Regulatory compliance costs fall disproportionately on smaller organisations. By lowering the cost and complexity of monitoring, we help charities, SMEs, and public bodies meet their obligations without the resource burden faced by larger institutions.
